The management specially their believe system, putting pressure drives performance, management would Say they care about mental health but they dont follow, I was working as a team leader they expect leaders to work every day, and stretch your shifts every day. Over all pathetic management will never recommend to work here.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. Policies are worst. There is no job security for VBA Developer. HR team is useless. Bench policy is meaning less. Wash rooms are not working properly. There is no central bench. Projects are scraps and there is no proper KT and SPOC.

There are some toxic people who does office politics and some managers who know only 10% about the project but handles multiple projects at a time. These managers take out their frustration on the employees giving them unnecessary deadline and pokes them throughout the day at work or even on holidays

Full of dislike , no good projects , meager compensation and salary hikes happen once in 18 months and that too meager ,they consider employees as beggars and given them penny in all areas . Complete management is pathetic. in 1 year I have witness 8 process ramped done. No action on the managers but they are getting promotion, but the people who actually worked hard for the process. Management didn't bothered about them. Its all about who all can do what to please the managers
