1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7. If you are assigned to a project then Tech M management won't ask you anything and it's up to you how you manage your client which will eventually leads to your work life balance

Dislikes

No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

Only thing you like is about the commission which comes on 15th every month nothing else.

Only pushing the people to achieving the target which are not been able to achieved by everyone if you don't there is no commission in which you will end up in getting error cutting basic salary and giving commision on that.

Different type of work While I enjoy working for the company, the tasks I perform in my current position have become repetitive. I spend most of my day doing data entry on the computer, rather than interacting with customers.

There is not much that liked about this company but yes there few things like they provide cab in odd hours and they provide work from home also.

Almost everything I dislike about this company . When they need you they will talk to you nicely and when the work is done they will treat you like trash . Work environment is very bad . Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.

A lot of drama and toxicity at workplace. Favouritism at its peak. Being working at client location , HR visits are only for giving out warning letters. No HR cares about its employees. Complaints from the employees are not taken seriously and are ignored. Employees working for last 10 years are getting only one percent hike while they are on boarding new people with double two triple salary. It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

No flexible working hours and weekoff changes, no proper salary, work doesn't matches with salary, work pressure is too much, no incentive grids, no appraisals, no bonuses 0 holidays except weekoffs, no leave encashments, bad company culture, no curriculure activities, process is not deep, nothing to explore new in this process and company, evrything is bad.

There is no job security if the process goes ramp down then you’ll not be getting any alternative in the same location rather they’ll suggest to relocate to other locations to noida kol Chennai which is really disappointed.
