Not a good working environment....bosses require additional favours if you want to grow in the organization....

Dislikes

Training is substandard....without any training, person is asked to handle customer queries.......

It was good till 3G was managing the business...after tech mahindra took over it became worse

Please guide me. I have 4 opportunities under my belt which are: TCS 3.5 lpa Tech Mahindra 3.5 lpa with a 2 year bond Infosys 3.6lpa LTIMindtree 4.05 lpa Currently Infosys is calling me for an internship at the mysore campus.
