Job Security - We are living in time where job security is a question which is irrelevant . its adapt to new skills and deliver . In fact you should drop this criteria in your rating scale :) Work culture is pretty good , Projects depending your skill sets are decent to good. Pay- Techm is a bad paymaster so that has been an area where it has always lost great guys for not being able to offer competitive pay than peers unfortunately the senior management is old school not only by age but also by thought process they still believe replacing a old guy with high paid new guy is a success mantra.
