Few employees who are destroying the complete environment and spoiling the come work in the office for example Ravi Kiran he is manager for one of the team but by gossiping fake talks giving faulse promises to clients and as well as to employees.

Supportive CEO...open to ideas ...supports freshers

Bad Manager...micro management for breaks, lunch and ofc friendships. Over thinks and blames for situations that don't even exist. Politics over hardwork...takes away mental peace...and confidence. While the management doesn't investigate for reasons of increasing attrition rate.Treats you like a threat to the organisation once u resign.
