We had a lot of work exposure, working with limited resources, had experience in different areas

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance, salary compensation is very low, appraisal and hikes hasn’t happened yet, the manager doesn’t appreciate at all

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Not good progress. Not getting resources and not good work culture.

After the left from company, getting bad experience to all employees. Like not provide experience letters, stop salaries and many things.
