Not much. You learn how to manage people on your own because the main management is incompetent. If you like teaching people how to do basically anything, then that's there for you in abundance.

Dislikes

Management is terrible, micro management all the time, they treat their employees decently only when they need something from them urgently otherwise it's awful, they demand employees to stay beyond working hours (its already 9 am - 7 pm = 10 hours) without any benefits for staying, verbal abuse, no work-life balance whatsoever, no employee benefits - not even the basic stuff like PF and ESI. You get one salary package on paper but something entirely different (less than the original) in hand, and you literally NEVER get salary on time (usually 1-3 weeks later). i was given basic training to improve on my skills for 3 months, after that i was given a dummy project to work on where i worked with team leads to learn how projects actually work 1. we got great food 2. supportive team leads 3. they take new ideas form every one depending on how good the ideas is for the client project

i like this place, i have worked hear for almost 2 years and i got to work on lot of projects and we always had the best instruments to work with

some times the supply chain for instruments is bad but there is nothing to dislike

i love this place, i came from an institute, and after coming here they taught me, manual testing how it is really done and, i also learnt how to do automated testing using selinium and other tools, they taught me many other communication skills to we also got food for lunch
