managers keep changing their commitment for their employees. They only care about client
Everything other than the coworkers .
Toxic work environment.
Higher management sitting in SG thinks they are GOD and fires employees by giving false reason of performance. They don’t want any senior folks in the team but just juniors whom the Singapore management can torture. If someone tries to open their mouth they become bad andmanagement fires them. Senior Management who is in SG verbally scolds the everyone she wants to feel like and threatens them that if you don't do this I will fire you .Don’t pay well at all and during hike the expectation of management will be something else which would not been set any time . And the funniest part is after increment you can see just 1k difference in the take home and other increment would have been added in the variable pay and work from office allowances . Senior management make sure they read daily attendance report of employees in order to deduct the work from office allowances for employees who don’t complete 6.5 hours. Such a cheap way to micro manage. The senior management being Indian think they are already Singaporean and become GOD and whatever they want they can do. After all we Indians are their slaves and can be fed with peanuts . From employee engagement aspect only constant is quarterly potluck where employee only contributes. HR is only for the name sake. They are mere puppets of the senior management. They don’t have control on the appraisal, review or any other decision making aspect. I did a blunder of joining this company and my career is ruined....Read More
