No govt holidays everytime working even sat and sun only weekly one off Even single star also waste

No planning no extra holidays field job horrible where ever say in Bangalore we have to attend costumers, no benefits no provident fund,esi,insurance,extra holidays and govt holidays Nothing is there , for tools kit also Employer has to buy company will not pay any thing o+ company
