Firstly 90% of the employees are interns here, they hire interns inorder to pay less stipend and make interns generate revenue for the company.Secondly salary deductions, they deduct the salaries from the basic pay mentioned if the targets are not achieved, and they don't mention these things while they hire interns.lastly the timings are 11-8 but they make us to stay till 9:30 and we have to be here for long with no work life balance. Salary is not credited. I didn’t get salary for 2 months. After 2 months they sent a termination mail. They will terminate you for no reason. The Team leader are useless. I read all the reviews before joining even the bad once. But It is worse than that. They don’t have any gratitude for your service nor for your work. My friends salary is also not credited. All of friends are leaving. Every month they will recruit mass number of students. Only few will join get maximum payment from those people and terminate and hire another students. Even the person who is desperate to get job don’t even think of joining here you’ll get more depressed. The good reviews here are from the company employee itself.
