Toxic work culture and the worst company to join, to all the people who are thinking about joining the company I would like to tell them to reconsider if they really want to join a company which is fraud fake and scam. This was my first yet the worst experience this company is a big fraud. They hire new interns in 100s every month and make them work as an sales representative irrespective of what designation was mentioned on the offer letter the package given is just a number they firstly they don’t even give the base amount of the stipend to the interns they will deduct amount every month irrespective of what the given target was and what have you achieved. And if you successfully complete the internship don’t ever expect a given package in offer letter they have their own criteria’s which they won’t tell you in induction program and then won’t discuss the PPO, more than 70% of the employees are interns here and the company does not promise any growth in your career. *WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.*...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
