Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary on time and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but job security is not there.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to connect whole world and from this platform we can earn and learn as well.

Chegg is one of the few companies that is actually thinking about their employees and there well being. They've invested in delivering ergonomic work setups to each one of us and also take care about our entertainment during the lockdowns.

Specially in my field, the work has grown exponentially and the number of people in the team are less. So, everyone has to do far more than they used to before covid.
