As you have mentioned that your manager is supportive, why didn't you let him know about your problems? 2. Apart from the manager, you know we have a "strong management team." Then why didn't you inform them about the issue? If you want to flourish in this industry, you must have the capability to learn new things. We hope you know the company's policy, which says that your work-life balance completely depends on your writing speed (please go through the terms again if you haven't).
