Their is good training provided to the freshers.
Dislikes
There is no incentives or increments for good work. They force you to become manager and then yet the incentive is no good. The performance based incentive is absolutely terrible.

My manager is very supportive. I have learned a lot from him. I have given stars only for him.
Dislikes
Moderator does politics as he has personal relationship with some of the people. Sometimes much time is taken as moderator and operator do not know what to do. They take such tasks that has potential to become fail. Money get deducted from us but we do not have any say. Can a student having background of humanities do finance related task? Is this possible? Work life balance is also zero as it is 10 to 9 kind of job. No log off time....Read More

2. Apart from the manager, you know we have a "strong management team." Then why didn't you inform them about the issue?
If you want to flourish in this industry, you must have the capability to learn new things.
