I like the organisation as whole.

Dislikes

I don't like Chennai chapter of teach for India! In Chennai, people show very good discrimination. The organisation seems like bhraminic mutt! Literally, it's uncomfortable for any non Brahmins to work there.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
