I joined Edubridge 1 year back and got a good chance to work with experienced co- workers. There is a work-life balance helping to get out of work stress. Also as a trainer , I get to work on training new employees. The company conducts regular training helping to learn new things.

Earlier salary was on time and WFH, that was the only things I liked.

Rest everything.. 1. There is standard policy, higher authorities changes policies by looking face of employees. 2. There is no growth if u are not sycophants. 3. There is one president, she doesn't know anything about business but pretend she is only running organization 4. She only believe in donkey work, updating asana task for nonsense things. 5. Now EB has closed half business, it's only because of that president. 6. They never take feedback positively. They would setup call for feedback, if u show them their face, ur demotion will start immediately. 7. Hire n fire police, there is no job security. 8. They only want to earn money by fooling people's who are in dire need of job. 9. Whatever data they are sharing on social media is total fake. 10. Few people working as GM, VP, Managers, they even don't know the meaning of these titles. 11. If u r good in English speaking, u can achieve any post regardless of ur knowledge n skills. 12. Now salary is not on time, they have asked half employees to resign. Not settling FnF after 8-10 months of resignation, some time 1 year also. Few employees didn't get fnf. 13. If u don't have job u can join this company to spoil ur life. 14. They always talk we r corporate but their leaders don't know the actual meaning of corporate. 15. Many genuine leaders left this organization because of one stubborn president. 16. Those who are not getting job in market are stick there.. 17.All in all, it's fake organization run by fake people's 18. Overall my work experience is going good. There is so much to learn and also get a chance to train others. I recently underwent skill-based training. Moreover, my colleagues are quite fun to work with. Highly recommended for those who want to make a good career.

The leave policy needs an update. There are very few leaves.

The managerial culture is distressing, marked by extremely partiality. Survival seems contingent on sycophancy or showing favoritism towards specific individuals, Certain trainers avoid inconvenient time slots and resort to unethical practices, such as sharing answers during assessments to inflate KRA scores. Despite speaking the truth about the unequal distribution of batches or manipulation of KRA scores, some trainers face targeted harassment by giving 21-24batches in that financial year and still manipulating statistics. A particular trainer receives preferential treatment like 4 batches throughout the year, kra scores and coaching report manipulation, trainer going to great lengths to assist in securing a job of manager's spouse in banking sector. Some trainer's despite consistently delivering quality sessions and being favored by learners, are denied PLI and awards. The manager strategically withholds batches for a quarter but assigns backup batches daily to manipulate statistics. PLI is mentioned in paper but is essentially negligible. In a recent development, due to the poor performance of the preferential trainer, her batches were reassigned to others. The call for management to prioritize trainers who invest heart and soul, becoming the face of the company to learners, is underscored, Furthermore, the promised retention bonus is not consistently granted to deserving individuals, despite assurances in emails. There is a plea for fair treatment and the eradication of an unethical culture. Encouraging preferential trainers and granting unwarranted recognition mirrors the situation seen in awarding accolades to nepotism-privileged individuals in the film industry. The trainer, well aware that their recognition is a result of favour- seeking rather than merit, refrains from sharing the acknowledgment.
