It has low work load due to enough support staff and job is secure as TCS will never ask to leave unless there is a major policy violation.
No Appraisals. No Bonus. No management of Project. No proper Org Hierarchy. All Policies are Complex and Confusing. Internal project movement is near impossible. Promotion will be heard rarely. Lots of hidden charges. And the most important, you will never get salary given in offer letter, it will be short by around atleast 2 LPA or more than that only.

1. There are no other benefits apart from salary 2. 5 days WFO failing which they deduct in the quarterly performance pay. 3.
