Company policy is there but before that manager policy come. According to them you have to work. If you are working beyond office time then you are good employee, otherwise you are not a good employee. Don't expect anything to learn from company because they don't give any technical training who is not known to the technology. But they will give work and expect expert level output from you.

Dislikes

Multiple projects to single employee. Without giving technical training they will give pressure to work nothing else.
