Adequate compensation in comparison to time devoted. Good for those who wants to have few months experience.

No Job Security and No career growth. Not at all good for those who are looking for long term perspective.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
