VP level thinks they are in Google, old process and systems create huge workload sometimes, people working at home affecting productivity during month ends, training only for sales teams , career growth only for boss favourite, collaboration is very less Leaders are leaving, and internal people with little or no knowledge and experience are made the Heads

Only the aim of Mr.Tata,he is the only one because if his name and work compnay and people work. The line managers are horrible and baised. Always policing,no work life balance. People are thretened always for the job security by managers. No proper office out time. One feels like going to a school where the monitors are always keeping eye on you.

Everything apart from Mr.Tata he is the only man of respect. The managers are horrible in the system till the retirement and feel as if they own the company..they have theier own set of rules and HR is just a doll who plays what these managers says. The manager calls the people from one end if city to other just to check if you listen and obey him.( Not applicable to those who are in favour)

Processes are smooth, Business Process and Product Learning is very good, support applications portals and support team is also good and helpful in business.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities within organization, lake of Market Discretion People are less sensitive towards business, a person has to be one man army to perform good. Notice period is unnecessarily 90 Days. There is a lot of Politics within the company.

In this pandemic situation company has taken decision and ask to employees leave.just giving excuse of performance in pandemic situation.it was shocking news for me because I never expected this from TATA brand.

There is communication gap between business and HR department.because whatever suggestions they get from business team they implement immediately neither they concern with middle n low level employees.
