Projects are very well managed so this results in almost zero stress work.The company promotes a culture of sharing knowledge and helpfulness in general. Salaries are in the upper bracket within the industry. A very employee friendly workplace. Another best thing about HSBC GLT is HR. HR policies are employee friendly, well documented and transparent. HR is very helpful and is ever willing to resolve people issues as a matter of priority. On career advancement, one gets to learn technical skills, best project management practices and all the latest industry jargon e.g. automation.
