Ego clashes between managers Same stagnant work everyday no new learnings. Teamwork only exists in mails or to show off. The manager never addresses your hard work and the motivation level slopes down. Too much importance to women most of them are under performing, must have rated 5 stars to tata motors. The only thing that is good is job security. Whatever you do they don't lay off anyone unless it is very serious

It is specific to central analytics dept: The culture is worst. They treat juniors like labours. They give work at 7pm and expect it to be ended by night, it doesn't matter how late at night it is. Even during personal leaves, they expect you to be available and do work as they need. And most of the time you won't get recognised foryour work also. No guidance from anyone because no-one has time to help you out. The manager can scold you like you are their slave...Read More

Tata Motors is overall a good company to work in but it really depends on the department you are working in. There are some departments that are providing great learning opportunities where as there are some departments that does not have that many learning opportunities. Overall job security and work life balance are great. Coming to promotion and appraisal as said early it also depends on the department you are working in. Not always hard working people will get good appraisal. But your hard work wont go unnoticed....Read More

Some times people are too unorganised and unprofessional. A lot of times it happens that managers are lacking technical knowledge and are giving unrealistic deadlines for projects. There is also some office politics observed but not that much that is does not allow you to work at all. The main issue is people just constantly demand work issues and almost feels like a service based company.
