I like the comoany atmosphere , all my collegues are very friendly by nature and also helpful.if u stuck in any problem ( related to your office work).they tell u any time. Reporting Managers are also very kind by nature .

I did not find anything likeable at Tata Motors Finance. It's an extremely top heavy organization with very little opportunities for growth. Innovation is discouraged, prof have a habit of pulling each other down. A lot of meetings happen with a single agenda of go ding scapegoats and shouting at subordinates. No culture of nurturing talent. Senior management is totally closed to any ideas. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
