I like the comoany atmosphere , all my collegues are very friendly by nature and also helpful.if u stuck in any problem ( related to your office work).they tell u any time. Reporting Managers are also very kind by nature .

First dislike is that they dont give hike in salary , their salary hike is not quite good👎. No fix time of leaving from office.

good communication between all department and each department works fully on month end year end time. its not only sales team will work rest all at home.

many developed city's considered under c class because of which salary packages offered very less.

Career wise growth is too poor while bdm are entry level positions will continued year by year no salary hike and there is no movement of next grade/designation.if these are corrected we never missed knowledgeable employees

Working with this organisation was a wonderful and full of learning experiences. Full job security. Helps alot for me to know about finance market. If in future company wants me to join or rehires me without any hesitation I will join this company.

...ts High demand from employee Employee always feels under stress and demotivated. Compensation not good as per standard. Company drive does not match with ground reality. Likes - People learns to survive in worst situation.
