They are in the process on reduction on role staff.

They do not follow tata culture. Top management is very selfish. They believe in reducing manpower to increase profits rather than finding new business avenues for profits. Tata finance does not value any employees performance, loyalty or work. Only persons who can do Boot Polishing can work here. there is not future for support functions employees in this company. I was state head operations at Tata Finance. I had served the company for 25 years. My last 10 years rating were 6 A rating & 4 B+ ratings. After giving 25 years of life to the company. Mngt. says that we are not fitting their requirements.

There is nothing that I like about Tata Motors Finance. The company has lost all its Tata Ethics & moral values. The Management is self centered & is giving false projections of future Sales & profits . They have become profit centric rather than focusing on increasing new business line. The major focus of the company is increasing profits for that they have done forceful Employee resignations, Closure of many company offices, Cut on courier & snacks /refreshment expenses. etc. which does not match with TATA Culture & Values. There is not any job security in the TMF. The company . Since last 2 years the company is in Employees Retrenchment process. Over the years they have recruited people since last 2 years the company find that these people are of no use. The Management is in confused state of mind. There is lot of politics in the company. Thepeople who are close to top management or good at ego massaging of seniors get good rating.
