There are old existing employees who will never allow any new comers.full of politics.HR pathetic.some of the boss harasss employees and employess get used to it look out for options.MD is excellent but unfortunately he does not know what is happening under hi..From tata hitahi who leave they grow.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
