You don't need to work more than an hour or two most of the days.

Dislikes

Absolutely no growth whatsoever and even though workload is less, managers still call you in the night and on weekends for every minor thing. Getting leaves approved is also a pain.

While he is a capable leader, the information and feedbacks he receives from seniors may not always reflect the sad state of affairs within the organization. This disconnect can create challenges in decision-making and strategey implementation.
