Work Culture is great, but this is very specific to team you're in. Lots to learn being young startup across all tech stack. Overall good.

Dislikes

No proper procedures or approvals to get things done, lacks leadership. No proper role and levels distinction. Promotions are very slow and kinda biased. Appraisal hike is very less for SDEs.

While he is a capable leader, the information and feedbacks he receives from seniors may not always reflect the sad state of affairs within the organization.
