1. There are sales coordinators in this industry who lack sales field Experience 2. They un-neccesarly call the sales team to office for sales plan which can be coordinated via ASMs instead of calling each SO's to Office and spoiling the our sales call meeting and planned schedules

DSM, Asm of the organization are very bad mainly Azad Mahmoud and project ASM Sanjib Dey and Jayanta Det in North East, they are the main culprit to destroy company barand in North East, they give pressure to junior and themselves enjoy travelling out side india and give mental pressure to the junior employees. Most interesting they never visit market enjoy hard drinks while travelling in tour with coming resources, this three person ate very dangerous in the company in North East. Berger Paints is a great company for Paints Chemicals Industry but 3PL Innovation Distribution Service Pvt Ltd is very bad culutre company..His Owner and Senior Manager is very bad.they are only own profite and employee's is not a servant.

I don't like this 3PL company(Innovative Distribution Service Pvt Ltd). His Seniors Level Person Mr Tarak Chakraborty is pure politics and game person..he is operating the 3PL with politics.

I used to get Salary on the last day of every month. Full credit to company top Management & HR Department.

Dislikes

Sunday working & Late Sitting working. Manual working of Sales incentives. Attendance system. Very poor increment with no consideration of work profile. Promotion system is also very poor.
