Very good working and learning experience. The training, on boarding, mentoring was very smooth. Middle Leadership is inspiring and encouraging.

Dislikes

Few projects there is no job security. They can be more prudent in reading market trends.

I was on third party 2COMS.COM Consultancy but i work for TATA CLASS EDGE in School from 3 years. One things is good, salary got on time. i learnt some skill from TATA CLASS EDGE like work on Linux Ubuntu.

Dislikes

I spent work hard from three years. But company did not promote me and nor keep me on Company(Tata Class Edge) own payroll.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
