- Flexible timings. - Work life balance sometimes.

-Toxicity in teams -Favouritism in appraisals -No focus on product development -No senior architect or solutions architect to verify approaches , lot of jugaadu solutions. - lack of transparency from management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
