I had a bad experience. My senior told me to take leaves as my health was not good i didnt get appointment from doctor for operation but she forcefully advice me to take leaves and told our manager that i was not comming to office and they send me abscond letter.

Company is Hiring Management Trainess for much higher CTC then already working experienced guy and those Trainess are Trained by those vintage guys , this trainees gets promoted the very next year without completing goal sheet ! this is so unfair

Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.
