Work life balance is poor. Company work time was from 8.30am-6.20pm/ 5 days. For NPD, you might need to extend your day-however thats how this role works!

The good part is for the new joiner (beginner) as this would be the best for early on understanding of the organisational processes and standards. The perks are good as well but for short period like 2 years. If you join TASL with some experience then you would have better benefits in salary compared to existing employees. There are many old souls working around you which is good for instance but again gets challenging survival among these.
