The good part is for the new joiner (beginner) as this would be the best for early on understanding of the organisational processes and standards. The perks are good as well but for short period like 2 years. If you join TASL with some experience then you would have better benefits in salary compared to existing employees. The difference of the salary for exisitng employees and newly joined are there. Which is demoralizing for exisitng employees. The difference is substantial. There are many old souls working around you which is good for instance but again gets challenging survival among these.
