Projects handled are mostly NPD. Good to start career with this kind of company for learning. But in present situation, except one department other depts doesnt have any work other than follow up. Its a new entity under TATA Advanced Systems and it needs to generate and manage the revenue by itself to survive. Being a defense company where its customers are very limited there will be no financial growth in career....Read More

Pathetic. No leaves can be encashed/carry forwarded. Even if we apply a leave they will call to office. This is best fit for people who are bachelors.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
