Increments are not good in the company. Bonds and agreements are placed to lock the promotion in the company.Workers are targeted by asking about any problems in the company. Even Discrimination based on uniform , as per TCOC all are equal but here different post different Uniform , That easily differentiate between senior and junior on the base uniform people are treating on them these unfairly.

Very toxic cultural, few cunning plotters who are very close to leadership, making foreign tour for them on name of business trip, doesn't value other senior persons in organization. Culture is a big hut and miss. Work pressure will be there as in finance everything is will be asked at the last moment. Expectation will be there to work on saturdays as well and attrition rate is touching the roof
