No scope for learning after post-graduation and graduation, training given on theoretical basics with no practical training in software and hardware for up-skill and re-skill, management is not supportive in training program. No real time projects with experts in domain specific related to training.Inefficient and inappropriate use of employee manpower into projects after training. Worst organization for ever. With specific to Hyderabad, Gachibowli branch they should rather name it as HSKRS enterprises and Speqwa which is ruined by the employees. They won't make you onrole instead you will be in this kind of shit third party. They play with your careers. My personal suggestion to everyone to not to join this kind of shit organization and spoil your life.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
