No scope for learning after post-graduation and graduation, training given on theoretical basics with no practical training in software and hardware for up-skill and re-skill, management is not supportive in training program. No real time projects with experts in domain specific related to training.Inefficient and inappropriate use of employee manpower into projects after training. No on-role employment after 1 year training, no proof for working (no pay-slips, certificates apart from 1 year training), third party employment scheme with conveniently changing organization policies for notice period after 1 year of successful training without any written statements/ signatures. Worst organization for ever. With specific to Hyderabad, Gachibowli branch they should rather name it as HSKRS enterprises and Speqwa which is ruined by the employees. They won't make you onrole instead you will be in this kind of shit third party. They play with your careers. My personal suggestion to everyone to not to join this kind of shit organization and spoil your life.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked.
