Worst Work Culture, Micro Management, No Growth & No Skill Upgrade, Old Technology hesitate to upgrade, Limited Learning. Management doesn't listen to Employees. North & South People are treated different. Despite company situated in Hyderabad 1st preference & growth is given to North Indians only. They don't treat all employees equally. Monday to Saturday strict timings. only TASL Hyderabad is working from Monday to Saturday all other plants in other states work from Monday to Friday. Canteen food is worst & charging very high for that. No proper company transport facility name sake transport facility given by company that to they charge very high cost. think before joining. Iteration rate is high no one will sustain more than a year due to politics of Management....Read More

There is nothing to like about this place.Lot of rules and regulations .

Work from Monday to Saturday that too most of the time u will be extending ur work daily.Lot of pressure as work load is high and also team size is less. Work life balance is very bad.Also location of the company is actually outside Hyderabad and the company is in a location where u can't find anything to eat or do anything outside.No local buses goes to the company as the company is in outskirts.Also there is only Veg food in cafeteria that too very bad .U can't go out of the company also as they are very strict about it.This brand of Tata actually doesn't represent the ideals of Tata group from employees perspective....Read More
