It is a great company to get an experience, teammates are supportive. They have taken measures during this pandemic period by emphasing on wearing face mask.

Dislikes

The company should work much on supporting workers through salary and bonuses to avoid unsatisfactory.

Work Details

It is quite interesting. Good thing at first they did training so i didn't struggle with work and teammates are supportive to provide assistance.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The job security is good based on the orders we get from buyers , but i really 0appriciate the company because even when there was low season there was no job redundancy and employees were paid as normal. Work culture is good because there is no discrimination of gender,age people with disability while recruiting new employees hence this creates good opportunity. Tooku is well managed and the company policies are well maintained. No violation employees rights and this creates a good environment for work. Work Details

Generally my work is slightly challenging because i am looking for entire bar tack and sewing lines to ensure smooth running of production.I have to do training for new employees because we don't have experienced laborous out side. To me this good
