There are so many politics in the organization,there is no job security,they tell its a good company and permanent job,dont believe that,they will send you any time.There is no proper way reporting any one will give job and you have to do.Its a worst company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
