They won't lay off the people, work life balance is good, there's no work from home flexibility. Average learning growth

Average learning growth of any new technologies and DevOps management was not having good management skills and they are pathetic management for DevOps

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
