I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Good for a fresher to learn a lot related to Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Clients are basically MNCs and here majorly you have to work for Lateral Hiring, Leadership hiring and Niche Hiring. This recruitment firm is far better than many toxic recruitment firms.

Dislikes

Micro management can happen but not a major concern.

As a fulltime recruiter this is was my first job and was very scared that will I be able to cope up with the work and culture as from last few years I was associated with schools and both institutions have very different culture, timings etc. etc. plus I am new mom so going through a very different phase of life.
