Worst Company. I joined the company after 1 month when I suppose to get paid for my work. They cannot release my salary. When try to communicate with HR. Not getting proper responce from HR. Such a waste of time and also loose your money what the saving you have.

I have nothing to like about the organisation as it is one man made company and his thought process has been indulged everywhere.

Dislikes

It's always better to know less about the organisation and if possible stay away from thinking of getting into this. They think they have an extra-ordinary product in the market but I would say it's the least in the whole ATS solutions. They are not process oriented . There is one person who manages the whole organisation which is their MD who works round the clock and he expects his employees to be running along with him.
