After getting job at Taj hotel 1) 12 to 13 hours shift. 2) very poor salary. 3) Maximum senior staff thay always forgot about the hospitality behaviour for the jr. Staff. 4) work cultuer ...nothing to say....just i-wash & make over to the higher management. 5) Contractual staff life is too much unstable... ....realy same for Hotel Industury.

He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work.
