Since I am confirmed worker job security was there but I wasted my final 10 years service with Taj Group. Retired on 3 Feb 2022 with rupees 57000/- final settlement, because of Taj bloody Policies.

Dislikes

Policies (they use to tell IHCL one Company, but they treated me differently as I am from GVK Roll) They paid Bonus 20% for Taj Coromandel employees whereas I got 8% since I am from GVK Roll. Salary and Appraisal are not done as per individual performance. Before joining Taj (TATA Grou p) I was working with international chains like Hilton, Intercont, Radison, Shangrila when compare to them Taj needs more time to grow. In Taj only HODs and Union Staff (Rank and File Staff) enjoy the life, there is one category (HLF) neither he is executive nor Rank and File, because of them Hotel is running, I offen used to call them Transgender (9) community. Since I was in Purchase Dept. reporting to my immediate Supervisor (Purchase Head) and Finance Manager how can I expect reasonable appraisal/increment/promotion. Taj club house 5*hotel well group, good working place management people only some problems, otherwise, good salary, yearly bonus, job security very poor.

Taj club house in management in side lots of politics, Taj hotel was well group, salary no problem, no promotion, extra duty hours 10 and 11 hours daily ,

I'm Vetrivel worked in Taj club house hotel Chennai, overall experience is very well, management working style was good company culture and benefits good, job security not confirmed

There not dislike, salary was came and other benefits well but career growth very is slowly moment job conforme only problem others benefits good and timing very poor working in daily 12 or 13 hours.
