Worst culture, less pay, no work life balance, senior management is terrible according to them whatever they say is right without any logic. Most of all the organization is caste based even in this generation, promotions, hikes and other benefits are only for a particular caste group members

In TPM ( Total productive maintenance) is good relative with work which is doing with daily activities.
