Customer Support Executive - Raipur and Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for providing Service Product support, troubleshooting, Service activities & Service systems under his direct control, & coordinate with the Central service setup SHQ to build customer satisfaction in his area.
Key Deliverables

• Customer Complaint Resolution.
• Dealer & Local Mechanic Training.
• Achieving the aligned service targets of his area.
• Improvement of Overall Service Infrastructure.
• Planning & Execution of Service Camps / Competition trials.
• Conduct Customer Surveys and analyze the areas of improvement wrt service.
• Gathering Competition Information to enhance product quality and customer experience.
• Enhancing the overall dealership profitability through service effort in his areas.
• Ensuring Spares parts availability at EOR levels.
• To propagate awareness about safety, health and environment among dealers and customers.
• Implementation of TS Procedures of the division including Regional Offices
