It's cultural and leadership quality getting down day by day in biologics manufacturing. Need to improve culture and leadership a lot. Attrition rate is high and day by day it's increasing because of current leadership and their vision.

Overall the company is good but the management is bringing it down, doing politics, same designation people because of management one will be overloaded with work and one will be totally free despite of being free he'll get good promotion and increments

No market correction.. SYNGENE is better company in most of the aspects but not offering competitive packages to the core employees. So many unnecessary support teams which core teams depends on, however these support teams doesn't do their jobs perfectly. In support teams 40 percent of the people are sitting without doing anything and having high packages, Need to be restrured from core.level..

If employee is questioning, then will enjoy with no work and plenty of promotions and rewards. Those who work at shop floor are not humans.... They will trust managers blindly.
