Consultant employees facing problems in security gate. While entry exit time security people are behavior not good. Consultant people asking giving salary or promotion but i worked 10 years salary also less one time also i am not getting promotion.

It's too bad in handling the covid situation.. they treat employees as machines as they take more work during covid.. They work at 100% strength during covid.. god should save people there.. karma always comes back.

Only thing here problem is the appraisal, first yr youll be getting 2nd rating then second yr only they consider that too 5-10% hike according to your performance and department

If employee is questioning, then will enjoy with no work and plenty of promotions and rewards. Those who work at shop floor are not humans.... They will trust managers blindly.
