Poor. Having a lot of groupism, Brahminism. With terrible leader who just focus on the profiles. It you go through meternity, person lose, short term issue on the devices, forget the appraisal for the year. If you can stick with groupism, and do jalra then the best place for you

Poor leadership No genuine care employees Not a process oriented company for a employee to grow Asking for 10 to 12 hours work on WFH

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
